REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES

RFP No: 2021-01

The Havana Community Development Corporation, Inc., a Florida Not-for Profit Corporation is seeking proposals and submissions from architectural firms for the purpose of providing architectural and engineering design services.

This Request for Proposals closes at 2:00 p.m., September 16, 2021 [EST], at which time the submitted bid proposals will be opened.

LATE SUBMITTALS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE TIME AND/OR DATE, EITHER BY MAIL, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

AND RETURNED UNOPENED. THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE

DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE OFFICES OF THE HAVANA CDC. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESPONDING FIRM FOR ASSURING THAT THE RFP IS RECEIVED BY THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME. NO FAXED, ELECTRONIC OR ORAL RFP WILL BE ACCEPTED.

To be considered, the responding firm must submit its proposal by hand-delivery to the following:

Or if submitted by mail, the proposal should be sent in time to be received by 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2001, at the following:
